Lamm-Lazar-Highmore would of been a great 4th. Pearson/hogs-Lazar-Joshua….meh.

Well, obviously management thought otherwise and considered him a replaceable asset.

 

In the end the decision also comes down to the player. 

Lammiko will likely have a larger role for the team in Zurich than he would ever get on the Canucks.

He was just filler. A player who didn't really help, but didn't really hurt either. He could tread water.

I think we've replaced him with players that might have something beyond that, with hitting / fighting abilities while treading water.

Last season he played not bad.

Management team waived him due to they wish an upgrade.

Without Motte, he was pretty much useless, but with Motte, he was awesome.

No NHL teams made him an offer so that says a lot about his value...

 

Lazar and Joshua are clearly upgrades over Juho and Highmore. Hope Lockwood will show more next season or Di Giuseppe will steal his lunch!

I guess the Flames are done signin Canucks csastoffs..... eiher that or the Flamers are holding out for Virtanen.
