We have crappy Right shot D already, who are being carried by their elite Left shot partners. Adding another right shot D, like PK, means we will need Rathbone to carry his partner. Nowhere near where he was but not terrible. Dougie Hamilton had only 30 points in 62 games with NJ last season, far off his numbers in previous years, which may say something about their system. Underlying numbers his EV offence is good, PK is decent. For 1.5 million on the bottom pairing with Travis Dermott he would be a good signing. OEL was a relative success last year.
