NHL'er
Is that cotton? No it's Wolanin.
Goal:thecup
Had a pretty good year last year in the A; half a ppg in the season and almost a ppg in the playoffs. Good height; is he still at 190? Seems a bit light for 6'2".

-AJ-
I'm definitely surprised, but with Rathbone in Vancouver, Wolanen is probably the most exciting Abby Canucks defender to watch. Such a nice skater and has great offensive instincts.

204CanucksFan
With tonight's goal Wolanin now has a 10 game point streak (new franchise record) with 3G and 12A in that span. Not sure what else he has to do to earn a call up.

It was hard to tell in his brief time up this year if his D is up to nhl standard because of the tire fire that was the Canucks earlier in the season - the way we were playing could have any defenceman look bad. if he keeps playing the way he is now, injuries on the big team might find him a chance to play once more in the nhl. His performance has sure vindicated him this year. I’d really like to see this young man catch a break. DeNiro
This guy is absolutely tearing it up. If they wanna send Rathbone down call him up. I’m tired of the Stillman experiment, let’s see a D man that can actually move the puck. 1

Definitely, Canucks have been icing 4 RHD's and a third pairing dependable LHD would be beneficial, Wolanin had an excellent pre season and needs to be rewarded for his efforts in Abby.
