Popular Post Captain Canuck #12
I think they've finally decided this team, as currently assembled, is a train wreck. Time to get him out of here and put him somewhere where he can properly develop, at least until things look a bit less chaotic with the big team. 6 4 2 2 2
Popular Post Coconuts
Good, let him and Podz play out the season there. Put them in positions to succeed, give them top six ice-time and special teams opportunities. Give them minutes, give them a positive environment. At least the Abbotsford version of the Canucks have a solid chance at making the playoffs and playing meaningful hockey. I've no issue with letting the young guys stew in Abbotsford while they're waiver exempt. 8 8 1 3

NHL'er
It's not a demotion. It's really a promotion. You get to leave this tire fire. 2

Nuxfanabroad
Good move(s). Get the littl'uns well clear of the coming nuclear fallout. Reading the tea leaves, there could be some big deals goin down in January. Good that we've stocked up with some extra bodies. 1
DrJockitch
Good. He has everything he needs but needs to get his scoring touch back. ‘Let him mature with Podz and be insulated from the losing of the big club. ‘this group of forwards in Abby can grow up together like Kessler, Burr and Honey Badger did. 2 1

Popular Post mll
Höglander is 2 games away from being waiver eligible - ie he can only play 1 more NHL game before requiring waivers to be sent to Abbotsford. Waivers is the earliest between games played and pro-seasons - it varies based on signing age. Given the shortened seasons his waiver eligibility kicks in after 143 games per CapFriendly and he's at 141. Next season he is no longer waiver free based on his signing age. 4 3 1

Nooks
Actually had his best few games of his career before this imo. I think he deserves a spot on the big club more than Studnicka/Aman
