T.Demko
We ain't trading Miller. Mamagement showed their intention today. They want to compete for a playoff spot next year, and trading Miller will certainly put a dent on that goal. 1

Kobayashi Maru
Miller to Carolina still looking pretty nice right about now. Saving my money so I can pay for all the Kotkaniemi letters on my next jersey. 1

They seem to be very content with their team and future, they have a competent management that understands they can be patient and have multiple chances in the upcoming years. Stay the track. Popular Post SilentSam
Miller offers a Vet presence that’s is necessary on a team evolving the way the Canucks are. A proven LW / C for 4-5 seasons with us averaging 1. Ppg . You have to realize if you do the numbers , I beleive if you count this year into his new contract, he is a cap hit of 7.2 mil. He will still have great value if a move needs to be made in 3 years. We are still one, if not the, youngest team in the league right now. They may add someone like a Domi, but nothing really big. CAR model is to constantly be in the playoffs. So that means, don't spend futures or too much cap for any one year. It also means they will be unlikely to win the Cup without making a serious push. 1

cripplereh
I say one will go as teams are still looking to stack up.BB makes sense as Arizona can eat some cap and we eat 1 mill. A 3rd and prospect to us and 4th or 5th to Arizona.

CanucksJay
How is Miller ton the top 10 trade bait board on TSN? I think someone here revealed that you can't retain just the expiring contract... It has to be in its entirety. Plus we made moves yesterday to win now rather than future. So why would we trade Miller? Nothing this management team is doing makes sense so naturally the reporting on the team doesn't make sense either...

justathought
We need Demko back to being Demko. We need a rather large, stay-at-home, LD. Why trade Myers when his contract will be so low next year, keep him as 5th, , and lighten his load. Krav showing some chemistry with Miller Would be a wonderful thing. A nice low draft pick (Bedard) and a summer tweak and we're good to go. Edited March 2 by justathought 1
