But it didn’t happen because imho that wasn’t the plan with this roster. They need to tear it down more than they need to just add Dmen. The previous experiment was over before it began this season but still had to be sure. Now they will invest in reassembling a proper D, once the cap space can be rebalanced. Far from a fair trade, but that’s reality. Gambling causes illness , addiction , family/marital distress , financial ruin and suicide to name a few. Hardly an honourable and net positive means of supporting charity’s. Many charities also cost a fortune to administer and much of the money received never gets to where it’s needed. Could be someone out there broke , divorced and suicidal due to gambling losses so that commercial could be aired. I agree I shouldn’t have referred to her as “that old bag”. It was just as he was coming into the bench. Was livid while talking to a teammate and slammed the butt end of his stick a few times while seated.
