Leaders can, do and should tell you how to act and what to expect. After that the onus is on the dickheads to stop being dickheads. That kid really filled out and in hindsight was the player we should've picked. He took a lot of crap for being a "princess": good for the kid. I remember wanting Ehlers but was not disappointed by drafting a fast, hard hitting, local PWF. Shame that he had all the tools and the high point of his career was inialating McDavid in a prospect game. Sorry coco, quoted the wrong post of yours. Nylander gets dumped on for being a princess or flamingo for some reason but he's developed into an absolute stud player He'd be tied with Pettersson for the team lead in points

His floating has been a big part of the reason that competing hard is optional in Toronto. The criticism will continue until he decides he cares about winning and starts putting in an acceptable effort.

He's out for points only, because he knows that's how to make the biggest payday. I'd rather have an overpaid Tavaras, who at least plays like he cares about his team, then William "Double Flamingo" Nylander.
