I do believe, goaltending played a role in this loss.

Kind of sad watching Spencer's decline.  We still need a decent back up. I thought we'd found him. He looked so great last season. Outplayed Demko at times.  But letting in 5 goals a game ain't gonna help your backup goalie career.

I understand team tank and I’m here for it but everyone overjoyed only ends up even more furious after we fall back a couple spots in the draft lottery. It happens every time like clockwork.

I mean, odds are we don't get a lottery pick, but that's exactly why it's important to lose as many games as possible

Better to get as a high a pick as possible than to draft like.. 10th or 12th

If it's as deep a draft as they say we could still get a great player at 5-6

We got Pettersson and Hughes in that range after all, drafting high gets you a better crack at top end talent

Martin is so slow side to side. He watches the puck,  then it's 'oh yeah, I should get over there'. Time to ride Delia.

With all those scouts in the stands, Boeser needed to step up, and he was flat all morning.

Good show by Petery!

When Demko returns, there’s a really good chance Spencer Martin gets sent down
