If it's a trade that happened after the trade deadline, then it's unofficial so it does not have to go through

Fowler as the best d-man under 22 is a pretty questionable statement. Past that, I'd also say he's almost certainly going to get the highest of potential. Defense don't hit their peak until 30. He's 9 years away from being the best he can be. 77 make sense, especially compared to those in the same class. Gudbranson is 75. Ryan Ellis is 72. Roman Josi is 73. They're obviously trying to delay their development so that they're not super-elite from 24 to 35.

Victor Hedman is 21, I probably should have bothered to check that originally. Fowler is very, very good though, that wasn't the point I was trying to make.

Fowler isn't the best DMan under 22. Have you looked at the Devils roster?

Adam Larsson, a freaking 19 year old is rated 84.....
As happy as I am that I have him on the Devils, that rating is too high for such a young kid.

Yeah, as happy as I am to have him, Justin Faulk at 84 is ludicrous beyond belief.

It must be some kind of typo. Probably 74. And in real life Cam Fowler is the best d-man under 21 so far in my opinion at least.

And regards to the trade that is pending. It's my opinion that if two teams both said done deal and it's sitting in the queue for trav to approve, it's a done deal. Be a man of your word. That's the risk we take when making deals prior to knowing rankings. I got screwed on both my deals, but oh well, we live we learn, luckily they weren't all that significant.

Thanks I agree with you look at all my trades I got screwed big time and first time I win a deal by a little and then he backs out looking at the rating cheap move Carolina :picard:

I too would, in the event of, rigidly enforce the Offer and Acceptance facet of contract law. If you offer a deal, and it's accepted, it's done. It's not like we're managing multi-billion dollar franchises.

With the exception being a situation where someone has been told they can't trade and are negotiating anyways.
