The Canucks kicked off their 14 game road trip in the center of the universe...Toronto.

Captain Roberto Luongo was in net for the Canucks and his opposition, Vesa Toskala started for the Leafs.

Vancouver got to a bad start as they gave up the first goal with only a minute into the game.

Shortly after, Phil Kessel scored his second consecutive goal of the game to extend the Leafs lead to two.

The Canucks got their game back and they poured on some serious pressure on the Leafs net.

Toskala stood his ground and stopped anything that came in his path. He even robbed the Canucks a couple of times on a 5 on 3 powerplay.

Things got worse as Jamal Mayers scored the 3-0 goal for the Leafs with only 4 seconds to go in the first period.

With the Habs game coming up in Tuesday, Coach Vigneault decided to sit Luongo and play Andew Raycroft for the remaining two periods.

The goaltending change sparked the Canucks as Alex Burrows stole the puck and scored his league leading forth shorthanded goal to put the Canucks on board.

Canucks carried that momentum to the third period as the top line of D.Sedin, H.Sedin & A.Burrows completely took over the third period.

It all started with a beautiful pass from Burrows to Daniel Sedin for the 3-2 goal.

Moments later, Henrik knocked in the rebound to tie the game at three.

The crowd was anticipating overtime, but the Sedins had a quick finish in mind as they teamed up to complete the comeback with a 4-3 lead late in the third period.

With less than a minute to go, Alex Burrows scored the empty netter to seal the deal for the Canucks.

This huge comeback was made possible by Andrew Raycroft for shutting the door from the moment he stepped on ice.

At the end of the game, Andrew got a chance to rub it to the Toronto crowd as he was bought out for not being a "good enough" goaltender for the Leafs.

Overall, a great performance by the Canucks. They were unlucky in the first, but they got their act together and came back to win a Hockey Day in Canada classic.

The next game will be in Montreal as Roberto Luongo looks to bounce back in his home town. That game can be seen this coming Tuesday at 4:30pm on PPV.
