Red Wings Development camp blows the Canucks camp out of the water. Canucks really gotta step it up. Did you see the Red Wings Practice facility… 1000 times better than the Canucks will ever have. Check it out … their social media is light years ahead of the Canucks.

Has been a disaster whenever played with Hughes. He is pretty good.
he needs a shutdown partner..so he can play his game.

Has Myers ever had a decent D partner with the Canucks? No doubt Myers isn't a top D man... but seems he would be much better if he had a superior partner paired up with him.
He has to have some value as a Big Bodied R hand D.
Love how he flattened Tavaras in the Leafs game. Elevated the whole team.

if Horvat gets 60 points for 8.5 Million
Pettersson gets 100 points for ??

How about Canucks 1st #11 and Garland for Taylor Hall and the Chicago #19 pick with 2 Million retained on Hall.
-
If we can’t find a trade for Garland… surely someone would pick him up off of waivers? It least it would give us more cap space.

I think he had some multi-point games early on with them as well. His offence has dried up quite a lot in the last handful of games. Definitely a great trade for us. It wouldn't surprise me if JRs early evaluation of this team saw Bo as the weak link, in the sense that he's not a playmaker but rather a finisher, and we can put a monkey with Petey or Miller and they'll produce. P&M drive their lines and the PP, so Bo was the easiest one to replace out of the core.
Bo and a 2nd
for
Hronek, Beau, Raty, and a 4thOne of the best trades in franchise history, on paper. Time will tell.
What a Joke...only if you are the one writing history...
It was Bo, Islanders 1st and a Canucks 2nd...
Nice Try

The communication has been consistent from management and his plan. They want to teach him somethings to maximize his potential.
be happy he’s learning right now and will be even better next season for it
Benching and embarrassing someone is not teaching.

Players have ups and downs. He’s a rookie in this league he’s gonna hit some adversity.
Nice try making that fit your narrative though.
Haha funny… he’s getting PAID … you think he cares … what Tocchet thinks … he got his money playing his game .. now change it … brilliant.

It’s almost like they are playing the complete opposite of how they started the season. Instead of going up and losing the lead they are falling behind and coming back. When Demko comes back you can already tell we are going to win some more games, guys are playing hard for Tocchet.
It’s just a troll job on us Canucks fans. We’ll start 0-10 next year.

Great Signing … now Benched and in the Dog House. This team is a never ending shit show.

If Yzerman wants Horvat... then that is all we need to know.... we have to keep Horvat.

I don’t get this.. so mikheyev played with an ACL injury the whole time and the plan was always shut him down at the end of January so he can have surgery to be ready for next season?? The season was lost anyways.. so why risk it? What if he has a setback and not ready to start next season and have proper training etc? First it’s Pearson now is mikheyev, then there’s the unknown with no timeline on Demko. The teams doctor are questionable
I don't get it either... if we were in the playoff race...what then... just keep pushing Mikheyev to play through it.. suck it up...gotta make the playoffs. Who is making these decisions...not player safety.. are the Canucks Doctors advising Mikheyev... ah, don't worry about it... keep playing it is just your ACL... .. Waiting for the press conference where Rutherford says he just found out about Mikheyev needing ACL surgery, email went to his junk mail.

Might be a way to eliminate the competition. Who knows... but was whatever was done a fireable offense? why not a suspension first? It does not appear to be performance related. Head coach praises her work.

She was officially fired without cause. They don't have to tell why and would gain nothing from doing so.
She may have been fired without cause... but there is a reason she was fired.
Canucks should be more transparent...Bruce Boudreau praised her work.... but Bruce will probably the next one fired without cause.
Something is certainly wrong here.

Dream on. No way CBJ trades Johnson, Jiricek or Sillinger.
agreed it is a dream... however... any GM whose job is in Jeopardy might make the desperate move, to live for today and be damned with the future, that they won't be there for anyways... we can dream

Trade 1 would never happen. No reason to do it now... they just sign UFA Horvat in the Summer.
or is Benning working in Detroit now?

Top five pick incoming?
One can wish... but I have no confidence JR won't trade it away.

You couldn't build a crappier team if you tried.

It would be easy to “blow it up”. All management has to do is trade Horvat, and we the tank is fully on.
Or just keep playing the way we are
