  1. That your opinon

In reality he is a winy guy who faled in the big game and only shows up when he feels like it

Id rather give the spot to a young guy to proove himself and help us to win the cup in a few years. Iginla wins nothing but money deals

thumbs down, kesler is a winy guy, Iginla class act top to bottom. Stayed true to Calgary all those years as they were rebuilding over and over again. Is now getting on in his career and still has the skill set to pick and choose where he wants to play. What money deals you are talking about is unknown to me. Last I checked Iggy had a 1.8 million salary, and had to earn his money. But thats just my opinion

  2. From the looks of things, Bieksa and the Sedins are so far the only players we have who've expressed the desire to stay in Van regardless of our status as contenders... maybe Burrows. Wouldn't be surprised if Hansen waives to go to a contending team if any go after him.

Gotta say no to Iggy though, he's not what we're looking for.

Are you talking about Jarome Iginla? Who plays to win eveerynight lays it alllllll out there. . . .Who scored 30 goals last year not playing on henrik and daniels wing. . . not to sure I can agree with you. I think he is exactly the winger those two need to have. I would bet he could put up 40 plus goals plying with the sedins even at 37 years old.

  3. 1st in physical play, 2nd in overall skating, 4th competitiveness, 5th in puck skills amungst all north american prospects.

Big, fast, physical, projected 1/2 scoring winger, 45 goals in 71 games played (not on a line with drouin). I think we got exactly what we needed to get canadian and a homeboy who wants to be here.

  4. OH BOY. . . . I can not wait for the draft tonight. What a day in canuck land. Is anybody else loving this aside from maybe swapping the 24th with the 10th (would have thrown in our 2nd). I think JB did a hell of a job today - Dorsett maybe a litte steep contract but we got lots of money (plays with heart and on the edge) and for a 3rd in this draft no brainer. Sbisa 24, rfa next year, loads of potential to replace garrison at 4.6?? ahaha no problem. That puts money in the bank for July 1st. ( think they could have got a little more for garrison but who am I.) To go along with potentially picking up Reinhart. Its amazing how quickly JB has changed this team in a matter of hours and I trully feel he has more moves in store tonight. Could be unreal prospects in utica in just a few short hours.

horvat, gaunce, cassels, fox, shink (if not moved) jensen, corrado, stanton(maybe), cederholm, subban, markstrom, eriksson, and right now 2 1st rounders, 2 2nd rounders and a 3rd. We do need a potential #1 center and defender. But the future looks good. Add Hiller, Stastny, Iginla to our current group and I believe we're right back in it. (Wishful thinking Id say lol)

    D. Sedin Sedin Burrows Dalpe (Trade hansen for w/e)

    C Higins Stastny Iginla Ferriero

    Kassian Bonino Matthias

    Sestito Richardson Dorsett

Hamhuis ,Edler, Bieksa Tanev, Sbisa (free agent?) or corrado, stanton

If we get reinhart, trade hansen, shink, 6th throw in 2nd if thats what it takes. Get er don JB and go canucks go :)
