He's looking like a steal of a pick but let's not get carried away now lol. Still has to develop and prove himself and everything before you can even mark him as a NHLer let a lot a top player. Looks like he'll shape up to be on but you know what I mean

yeah i'd like to clear up that when i seem like a homer or over valuing prospects, its not that i actually believe they WILL be that good or bad its just that i believe they CAN be that good. and i think Zhukenov Can be a 1c but i don't necessarily think that will happen

Holy smokes. What a player. Relentless skater, hunger for offensive and strives just as much on defense. Looks like an awesome possession player. Enters the zone well, excellent positioning, reads the play well, doesn't give up and sticks to it leading to goals when otherwise play would have been dead, stick on the ice, hard emphasis on backchecking and retrieving the puck and then moving up the ice....guy does it all and is very talented. Even more excited about this pick than I was before. Stud.

I'd actually be so hyped if Jasek came over to play with the Calgary Hitmen or something with another Canucks prospect someplace...

Trinec HC U20 came about average in the Czech U20 league placing 4th out of 8th and in the top pro league in the czech repblic where Jasek played for 27 games more than half the year in which HC Trinec came in 1st whle losing to HC Litvinov who came in 2nd

I maybe be in the minority here but i would rather have Jasek stay in Trinec for an extra few seasons and then come play in a top 6 ahl role by then he would be 20-21 and hopefully ready for a 3rd line roll...
