    Dumbo is the lowest IQd, least competent GM in all of sport.

    I can't even stand  listening to the man speak.

    Has a couple good draft picks in 6 yrs( which by most reports...weren't even his)..

     

    He has been a COMPLETE disaster in every other facet of running a hockey club.

    (FA signings,trades, contracts. rule compliance...you name it. He is apparently a joke league wide)

    Not only has he sucked as a GM...he has run off every competent person in the organization.

     

    The ONLY people who feel to the contrary are the posters on this forum.

    I think today showed why Sutter and Roussel are important, but Sutter is off the books at the end of the year anyways. 

    Benning was the only GM out of 31 that offered him a contract by several reports. That is why the # was so low.

    If you think this was a good signing ....remind me never to hire you to run my business.

    Think Podz is going to be a real nice compliment to this group....

    Another reason why Toffoli shouldn't be a huge priority for the team.

     

    All efforts and any extra cap space should be focused on acquiring a top 4 RHD

    (Tanev or Stetches $$ plus Ferlands 3.5 LTIR = RHD upgrade)

    *Be great if Seattle would bite on Myers.

     

              Petey  Boes

    Miller    Bo   

     

    Podz/Jake/Hogs rounding out the top 6

     

    will be a very formidable top 6 in a couple years.

    If Gaudette can continue to improve in 3c role and we can surround him w/some

    big tuff fast ELC wingers...Hogs looks to be one.

    Wish had kept Madden/McCann/all those 2nds that have wasted for the likes of Baer Vey Gudbranson and Toffoli

     

    All the squandered  Erix/Ferland/Sutter/Roussel/Baer/Beagle $$ coming off in couple yrs

     

    Really see this current teams window beginning in 2021/22 - ??

    Teams can go over the cap by 10% prior to 1st game when must become compliant.

    I think safe to assume that we have seen the last of Ferland and gained 3.5 in Cap Space.

    He will however be paid the full remainder of his salary.

    Ferland is done...take the $$ our knucklehead GM gave you and enjoy your life while it's still possible

     

    Hopefully, Dumbos learned his lessons and wont be giving out 3-4 million contracts to bottom 6 players.

    28m in our bottom 6?

    Need to find the McEwens  etc...Hopefully, Lind can win a spot soon.

    Hogs and Podz should fill a couple spots for next few yrs.

     

    Erix,Beagle,Sutter,Ferland,Roussel.Pearson all need to be gone ASAP

    24M of easily replaceable old baggage.

    (Absolutely amazing to me that our GM still has a job)

     

    Get Jake on a cheap contract...

    At worst he's a very serviceable top 6 winger during the Reg season...

    Has had flashes w/both Petey and Bo.

    Hopefully, this team has enough talent to reach the point where every game isn't do or die and his inevitable gaffs aren't as critical.

     

    Need to hang on to guys like Madden,McCann to fill 3rd-4th center spots.

    Gaudette may still fill the 3rd role.
