Ya I hadn't either until I tried to drive a couple days ago and everything was fracked.
Sucks. I never use my e-brake anyway, I just leave it in gear and walk off..

Well I need to be able to take it off to drive without frying it.....
Oh, frozen on. Sorry.
I've never heard of that.

My ebrake has frozen for several days now, this kinda blows.
Why on Earth would you need it?

I'm going to carry my 40D around and start taking hi-res photos of people in ditches.

It's a blizzard here at UBC.

Yeah, but you really can't help it sometimes.
Take Richmond Center, for example. The covering for that stop is right in the position where one can drive over a puddle and water would spray onto the sidewalk.
Draining problems also have an impact on puddles. If there's a sewer opining right beside a bus stop, chances are that the recent amt of snow will cause the drain to operate at >100% capacity, and thus create a backlog of water.
>100%? Is it going in to overdrive?
OMG Snow?

I drove home 30 minutes and got myself out of 7-8 jams this morning. Got my car stuck about fifty metres outside of my yard. I left it and dug it out this morning.
