    What's with the I WILL BE SO DISAPPOINTED IF THE CANUCKS STAND PAT when Gillis has literally said the chances of not doing anything is high?

      That's not my point. My point is that for some reasons CDCers EXPECT a move to be made, and believe the sky will fall if we don't, even though he's given fair warning that it's unlikely.

      I think if the deal's right, MG will make it. But he may not find the right deal, and I'm used to MG's 'unflashiness' at trade deadlines. Just like I thought CDC was...

      If Gillis will not get a top six forward to replace Raymond then at the very least he better get a 4th line center. Because Hodgson and the zillion other guys they tried at that spot this year have not worked.

      If he stands pat it's a mistake.
