Seeing good results with 24mg ephedrine + 200mg caffeine in the morning at 6am before rkm run and 16mg ephedrine with 200mg caffeine at about 3PM and a weights workout at 5pm.
It's more than enough for me, I don't know how guys do 25mg 3 times a day lol.
Hm, I should give it a shot. Trying to commit to the same morning run/evening weights routine to really get into shape. I lost 80lbs years ago since after high school and have maintained a fairly athletic physique, but trying to bring it to the next level by toning up and getting more definition.

4 hours of my life completely wasted
make sure you finish it! the end is ridiculous
I just finished the novel and thought the same thing. It started out pretty strong but when it got into the actual back story of "It" and it's history, it just spiraled from there. The last 1/3 of the book complete dissolved any fear factor it previously had going on.

they could have had Brobo, Boho and the Boxing Hobo

Jurassic World - A solid 8/10. I felt they did a great job building up the fear and tyranny of the main dinosaur. I gotta admit, I was really entertained with the last action scene. Few parts of the plot were a little ridiculous but overall I quite enjoyed it.

C'mon man, 6 posts before yours is the explanation. If you don't like it, go post in the other Horvat threads in Canucks Talk.
By the way, they don't move the prospect talk threads to the main Canucks Talk forum, they just lock them in the prospects directory and continue with any new threads that are created.
Right on!! Way to police these threads man! I tip my virtual hat to you

Car alarms went off...
Same here. I honestly thought there was a car accident behind my house, it was that loud.

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag - 9.5/10. Although its a Bollywood film and i dont understand the dialogue (need to read subs) I don't recall enjoying a movie as much as I enjoyed this in recent memory. Has to be at or near the top of my favorite films (Hollywood or Bollywood).

ah I HATED that movie!!
Me as well. It's the only movie I've seriously considered walking out on. Lost its appeal really quick and dragged on forever.

Thanks for sharing your routine. I'm going to try and adopt the morning run and gym after work routine. The few times I do get out and run super early, I find it really sets the tone for the rest of the day and I just feel productive before the day has even started.
The only issue with going to the gym 5-7pm is its ridiculously busy and you can't even get a decent workout in. I usually go an hour before closing but it isn't ideal.
Are you finding the ephedrine effective? I'm looking for a good pre-workout.
