    Awesome pick! Definitely the highly skilled, set up the power play, work the half wall player we desperately need! Challenges desfenseman one on one and hangs onto the puck to make plays. Skating good, hands good, IQ good, If gaining weight is the biggest problem for him, then that means we got a gem. What 17 yr old doesn't need to fill out?  Cmon man!! Do all Nuck fans need to nit pick over everything? For all those people who wanted Glass or Vilardi over him, your all gonna eat your words in a couple of years.

    I know this isn't the right place to post this but it just hit me as a possible 3 way trade between Anaheim Florda and Vancouver.

    Anaheim

    Kesler

    Florda

    10th overall

    6th overall

    Etem or prospect.

    Vancouver

    1st overall

    ANA 2nd rounder

    FLA 2nd rounder

    Florda gets Ehlers and a Virtanen or other good prospect at 10.

    Anaheim gets their top end 2nd line C so they can be better cup contenders.

    Vancouver might overpay a little but thats what it will cost AT LEAST to get the #1.

    Anaheim would probably need more as well.

    So your trading Kesler and 6th overall for 1st and two 2nd rounders LOL

    If he was a full blown can't miss Crosby or Stamkos type of player I would totally agree!! But he's not even close, if he was u think Flordia would even be dangling the 1st overall.

    I'm just trying to spare all of CDC of the disappointment and how high the price is.... It's ridiculous.

    Trade Kes and hopefully get Anaheim's 10 and 24 and prospect

    He just had shoulder surgery out for 4-6 months!!!! For a kid to have suffered a huge injury so young into their career, I love him but gotta pass at 6 overall. I think his stock has dropped big time. He won't even be able to put a jersey on when he gets drafted, his arm is in a sling ATM.

    Lower mainland kid, winger from the WHL, power forward goal scorer, with great athletic ability Virtanen.

    He just had shoulder surgery out for 4-6 months!!!! For a kid to have suffered a huge injury so young into their career, I love him but gotta pass at 6 overall. I think his stock has dropped big time. He won't even be able to put a jersey on when he gets drafted, his arm is in a sling ATM.
