It is not like other Teams are not going in the right direction too, with Canada and outside of Canada
Lightning snuck in 2, 2nd rounders on Canada
Ottawa also got a 2nd and a 4th Rounder
Ducks a 2nd
Blues a 2nd
Flames a 2nd
Arizona with a 5th
Dallas with Point over Dipietro
Canucks with 4 picks in Tourney
Devils 7
Calgary 6
Stars 6
Bruins 6
Blues 5
Chicago 5
Buffalo 5
Lightning 5
Ducks 5
Oilers 4
Flyers 4
Ottawa 4
That's interesting, thanks for posting. I don't think many of us pay too much attention to other teams' prospects so we tend to just compare the current Canucks prospects with those of the past decade. In that light, things don't look too bad. Actually, nothing does. I remember watching this tournament when Nicklas Jensen was our reason to be excited. If our season continues on its current trajectory, we could add another top player from this year's tournament to our list after the 2018 draft. That's a pretty big 'if', I know, but it's a nice thought.
Back on topic, TBH I wasn't aware of Gadjovich prior to this tourney so he's been a nice surprise. Still very early but nice to see from him. Hope he can keep it up.
