we shall find out how high Luo is rated when NHL fantasy season starts
He won't be high as most of this forum would like.

Will Pittsburgh fire Bylsma. If so, would the Canucks have interest? I'd have to think so.
I hope so hes a good coach. Bylsma's face the other night looks like he may lose his job if the Pens continue to get handled rather easily.

Damn shame those magic shades don't exist. haha.
They do in the form of personal knowledge if you know what I mean , and knowing what really goes on in the world can definitely give you a headache, like wearing those shades for too long haha.

I watched They Live last night for the third time after seeing it mentioned in the cheesy movie thread. Rowdy Roddy Piper was absolutely perfect for that role...the plot was a bit lacking and it wasn't the greatest of casts otherwise...but the line "I'm here to kick ass and chew bubble gum...and I'm all out of bubble gum" being delivered by the Hot Rod is well worth watching the movie. Being generous today...6/10.
Yeah the special effects and all are laughable but the movie's meaning is eerily similar to today's society don't ya think?

I hardly watch any of the new movies that comes out these days because of all the BS they're about, but the last, best movie I can remember is "Unstoppable" which I'd give a 9/10.

I know Gillis would take a lot of heat for this hiring but I like it. Gulutzan did a very underrated job in Dallas and all you have to do is take a look at the lineup he was managing on a consistent basis. The Stars also had several key injuries down the stretch and also lost Derek Roy to us at the deadline, yet he somehow kept the young inexperienced team competitive. This was the coach that delivered that impressive 5-1 drubbing to us late in the season with his squad of veterans and youngsters. Sure he doesn't have alot of NHL coaching experience, but let's not forget that AV was relatively un-experienced when he first arrived on the scene and last I checked the most popular coach...Eakins, has ZERO NHL coaching experience. How often do first time NHL coaches have success? It happens but not that often (especially when it concerns maintaining winning beyond the first year). The Canucks could definitely find a worse coach out there than Gulutzan.

@EyeOnHockey: Alain Vigneault's response to Mike Gillis still being the Canucks GM http://t.co/JJRJ3Bv9UN
Lol and Gillis says he's going to have a meeting with AV next week? AV should show up just to tell Gillis to go fack himself.

Chris Tanev, do we really need him? Of course, just not as much as people think.
