    The thing about next season is if there is going to be a season. How bad is the pandemic going to be? The Canucks like all the other teams have lost significant revenue over the past year and going into next with no fans which is why there are many one to two year deals. Ownership is keeping their dollars in check.

    Great move by JB! This totally makes sense because if they had signed Marky for the max, NMC, and long term deal he is looking for, then Demko would be exposed to Seattle. Seattle would certainly take him due to his massive potential and young age. Demko is the future of the Canucks in goal and now he has two years with Holtby to learn from who is a proven champion. The Canucks also have to consider Quinn and Pettersson's contracts coming up which will command a lot of the budget.

    Thanks for posting the "Game Day" vid frm YouTube. Forget the whiners - who cares how many times posted? I don't even like hockey (omg - a traitor!) but now I'm cheering the Nucks!! Love the vid. Love the energy. You are awesome!
