CCC - Clay's Canucks Commentary for June 10, 2011: It's Called Home-Ice Advantage for a Reason
The Boston Bruins have evened the Stanley Cup Finals at 2 games apiece after another dominant win, this time defeating the Vancouver Canucks 4-0 in game 4 in Boston.
As the series returns to Vancouver for game 5, I have noticed that there are many Canucks fans looking to jump off of the bandwagon. While I have no problem with fans jumping on to the bandwagon, I can't stand it when people jump off.
Canucks fans need to be loud and proud in game 5 at Rogers Arena. In winning the Presidents' Trophy, the Canucks earned home-ice advantage for the entire playoffs, and they'll be at home for 2 of the last 3 games. The Canucks players say that they feed off of the fans' energy when they play at home. Then we best give them something to chew on.
I'm looking forward to a memorable game 5!
