    Petey with shootout goal and 5-5 goal with his trademark wrister this game using his old shorter 82 flex bauer stick hmmmm.... shows the right equipment is very important.

    Pettersson also revealed that he was back to playing with Bauer stick, similar to what he'd used in past seasons, with an 82 flex rating. He said that in summer he was shipped a batch of sticks that he only realized later weren't correct.

     

    "I thought I'd got a lot stronger in the summer but the sticks tricked me, so then I thought I had to go up a little bit (in stiffness) and then I had to make the stick longer. (But) I tried the 82 flex again and it felt good,"

     

    Word to Petey please do not change what gave you success again, I told you to revert back during your struggles. You finally changed back and look shootout goal and a beauty wrister.

    Because of the two wins lol and the way he spoke honestly with the press. He doesnt have the credentials to be poho with all due respect to him. Look what happen to Linden he had no experience and was placed as poho. You need poho with past gm credentials Rutherford was the man.

    Put your hero Benning’s trade and win/loss record next to Rutherford’s. If you are still crying it’s an irrational hate.

    Agree 3 cups says all and dont say he had crosby malkin. If this was so easy edmonton with mcdavid draisaitl would have won the cup.

    Smyl although good guy is more suited to advisor role he never had the experience for poho and plus to change the culture you got to bring someone with winning culture. Smyl has been part of the canucks losing culture of 50 years with all due respect to him how can he change the culture. They saw Rutherford was interested and immediately went after him.

    This was said so people don't panic by the power vacuum and prolly they pounced before Rutherford changed his mind etc.

     

    Aqua flew personally to Raleigh to convince Rutherford and prolly they were waiting for his decision.
