  1. Montreal places marcus Hogberg on waivers.
  2. Habs have made one deal and are looking to make more. Everyone on the roster is potentially available for the right offer.
  3. Habs activate marcus Hogberg and add to active roster, and recall Alex formenton
  4. Montreal roster update Josh Anderson - Dylan Larkin - Mark Stone Jesper Bratt - Ryan Johansen - Bobby Ryan John Leonard - Adam Henrique - Erik Haula Tomas Nosek - Matthew Highmore - Sam Lafferty Blake Lizotte - Brendan Gallagher (pending IR) Mike Matheson - Joel Edmundson Marc Staal - Sean Walker Martin Marincin - Anthony DeAngelo Laurent Brossoit
  5. Mark stones name keeps coming up in the Montreal rumour mill. Given the pastrnak and nino deals, the cost would be high, but seems the Habs are willing to look at options. One name that’s definitely on the block is Ben bishop, who’s due for a return in a few weeks and is likely to be moved. Interested teams should contact the Habs!
  6. I’m still a GM. You’re not. take your own advice bro
  7. Again, pretty sure that’s not how this works.
  8. 10 years and you rage quit over that?? Wow bud Sounds like you’re a real pro. You sound like a bitter ex. You stay classy. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.
  9. I’m Montreals GM in this league. and you are?
  10. Not sure that’s how it works..? edit: after seeing follow up post, I’m definitely sure that’s not how it works Can someone fill me in on why some people are so bitter and angry? This is a pretty cool game. What’s everyone’s issue?
  11. I don’t know if this is actually a thing or not yet but curt had told me when I asked that they were looking at streaming it live on discord group. Maybe curt can confirm?
  12. Is it just me or are there suddenly an awful lot of nobodies in here with opinions? Can we post my trades please curt??
  13. True but. Wasn’t everyone screaming that changes needed to be made when the oilers kept picking 1st overall year after year? I can see both sides but I think the good far outweighs the bad. And the bad seems mostly theoretical anyways. Just my 2 cents
  14. Guys, leave the Greiss/Anderson thing alone. Either he can claim him, or he can choose not to. It’s his choice and nobody else’s. if he doesn’t want him, that’s up to him. Doesn’t bother me either way. I’d be just fine keeping Greiss, his contract is no issue at all. But as it turns out... how do you put it...?
  15. Show off. I may be one of the new guys but I feel like I’ve done a decent job putting my mark on this team. I can’t boast a turnaround like that, but I came into the year feeling good about my chances, if only I could get some goaltending. Then my top scoring defenceman came down with a severe case of nut job and my goaltending fell off a cliff. Still, I think I’m better positioned now than I was a year ago. A few moves I regret but most I don’t. if all goes well, I’ll be in the mix next year, with my core intact, better goaltending and more future prospects. Without a tank job or complete tear down.
  16. I have been working the phones to improve. Not tanking. Sheesh
  17. As a team on the fringe, I can tell you exactly what that team may be thinking: Keep my first round pick unless I get a key piece for it. I don’t see how either course makes me worse. And definitely don’t see how it would encourage me to tear the roster down.
  18. As a team who’s selling, I’m here to tell you that you can move assets and bring in futures while not being a ‘tanker’. I’m a seller. Not a tanker. I’m a seller because I literally have no competent goaltending. But at least it’s NHL goaltending.
