Well she's not an enemy, so I guess not. And you can stand still, I just crouched on the side of her bed that she didn't look at when she laid down.

Yeah I've upped my sneak hiding beside a woman's bed in the college of Winterhold and shot her with an arrow, waited for her to get back in bed, and repeat.

For the house, all I did was talk to the Jarl's warden. I did this before doing any quests in the city too. Talk to him and buying the house should be one of the options.

I have a couple questions again. I bought the house in Windhelm and I'd like to furnish it. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the warden who can sell me the decorations. Any tips? Also, I'm thinking about joining the dark brotherhood, which is a stealthy occupation if I am correct. My character is an orc, and I was wondering if that is going to prove difficult.

Yeah I get them too, kinda annoying, and sometimes it stays frozen for so long, I don't know whether to restart my Xbox or just wait it out.
