interesting stuff, i hope he wins but adding up percentages in different categories like that is a really meaningless and convoluted thing to do and the article would be better without it... also i think more meaningful than take-aways/give-aways ratio would be take-aways minus give-aways which is the net amount of times the player gained puck possession for the team. If player A steals the puck twice and loses it once, he has a 2:1 ratio, whereas if player B steals the puck 12 times and loses it 8 times, he only has a 3:2 ratio but gains possession for his team 3 more times net during the game which translates into more puck possession for his team and is ultimately superior. Better still would be net take-aways - give-aways per TOI.
