Very intriguing indeed. 2 plus pitches and above average command. However, the PED suspension is somewhat concerning.

Not sure if true, but I read on HF that he had a really bad combine.

Don't think so. I think he has to remain on the nucks roster for the remainder of the season. Some sort of waiver rule.
If we send him down the Coyotes get first dibs on him and can re-claim him and send him down to the AHL without having to pass through waivers again. This rule is probably the only reason we still have Markstrom.

Guance is headlining the OHL network page today if you wanted to take a look. http://www.ontariohockeyleague.com
If you check out the highlights from the game Wednesday take a look at the pass Jordan S makes to Sergei Kuptsov who dishes to Guance for the game tying goal. That's a serious play right there! Subban is small but he is starting to look better and better.
Guance has been looking much better lately after the slow start. Malcolm Subban hasn't been nearly as good as expected just yet but I'm sure he will come around.
For the GTA Canucks fans Belleville is at Brampton tonight if you wanted to check out Guance.
Man, that was a nice pass.
