Alright guys
All ratings have been finished except for a few pending UFA/RFA's but I will slowly plug away at those before the season starts
I will update the league file and website tomorrow night, this will not include ratings yet
I will allow a few more days of UFA negotiations starting on Wednesday, while this is happening I will be updating player ratings and then I will update the league file and website once again
FA is looking like it will start on Sunday evening

All teams Pro Rosters have been finished
Farm rosters have been finished up to Minnesota
Once I finish the ratings I will update the website and League file, I will then allow a few more days of UFA/RFA signings, after that FA will start
While FA is happening I will be create the players who have asked to be created and then the season should start soon after
I will keep you guys informed

Xbox one is a little bit larger in comparison
Hardrive in the PS4 is removable (who cares really), XBOX One will support external storage
PS4 has an internal power supply where as the ONE is external
XBOX will support up to 8 controllers at once whereas PS4 is 4
No Bluetooth with the XBOX one but it seems like the Wifi will be a little better with the XBOX
Probably a few other remote differences

I am still playing NHL 14 on 360 and it will not be available for One

I made it seem like all UFA/RFA's will not be rated
I should clarify this and say by the time the ratings are done most of them will be rated anyway

Sure people would like to know what they are signing
But you need to look at the the players past years statistics this is what the ratings are based off
If you are planning to sign a scoring forward look at last years stats for him, if he scored 2 goals and assisted on 3 others in 82 games do not expect a huge rating increase for that player or any jump for that matter
Signing players in the offseason is a risk and most of it is based off past years performances

Every player listed on a pro team on the website has been re rated, farm team rosters are about 10% done but those will go fast as there aren't many players listed in them
One thing I will say is when I post the SS link for the ratings any player you see that doesn't have ratings is a UFA/RFA and therefore does not have a contract, I might keep it like this until said player signs and then I will update their ratings accordingly, the reason for this is it will speed things up by not having to rate players who haven't signed
You guys can give your opinions on this though

Most if not all these players that were drafted don't exist on Hockey's Future therefore they don't even have a rating
The easiest way to rate these players potential is to take in account what round they were drafted in
There will be a few exceptions to this as there are some known players drafted in the later rounds and those players should be rated accordingly

Prospects that were drafted in this years draft should be in your prospects section once you update the league file
Let me know if there are any issues

If I can get 1 or 2 teams ratings done per day that would give us a time frame of anywhere between 2 weeks to a month to complete the ratings
This will go faster if I have the help I was promised, hint... hint....
Once this gets close to be finished I will allow GM's a few more days to negotiate with any pending UFA they may want to sign
After that we can begin FA
And then obviously after that we can get the season started

Ratings Announcement
I have been going through some of the ratings for players and I have been specifically looking at the faceoff attribute
Any player who is not a centerman or does not have the center position listed on their profile will receive a default value of 25 (this includes forwards and dmen)
With this change I believe it will keep GM's from playing their players out of position making for a more realistic game
If a player on your team is not listed as a centerman and you can provide some sort of documentation saying otherwise I will change it and update their rating accordingly
We have also done something similar with the goalie size attribute
