From my reading of the thread CL hasn't contributed much since the first round, and even then I'm not sure what there was so decisive of him not potentially being mafia. He's been in the background since.
I think I've made numerous contributions. I've explained when I could and I try to see how people react. Sure, some of my suggestions haven't been followed, but I don't think I've "just been in the background" at all.
I think I've contributed a deal more than some of the people still alive but that's just my opinion.

I think we should wait for an investigation before proceeding, if it turns up positive we vote that way. Otherwise I think we should lynch one of the godkill candidates.
The reason is, what if they end up posting something of substance? They'll evade godkill and live another round; Mafia like move. Who we vote out of the two is another topic, but I'm leaning towards GD.

Thought it was because he edited. My bad.
As for the lynch, I think I'll be sticking to my vote unless a sheriff investigation yields positive results. I think there's a decent shot of nailing a Mafia with either KH or GD then there's also the case that both are Mafia.

Well here's my suspect list (also in no particular order)
-Heffy (please see above post by me)
-Malkin Cookies (hasn't contributed much to discussion, seems like an active drifter in the wind; whole thing with Kes seems like it was staged)
-GreenDemon (been inactive and opinion based whether he's helped at all; seems to just post to avoid godkills)
-Caboose (hasn't been as active as I would hope)
-OTTS (has just been throwing suggestions left and right; been quite accurate for the most part, Mafia trying to blend in?)

Was just going through the first round, and found this right at the point where Kes had some pressure on him. Other lists would certainly help. My vote is by no means set in stone.
I'd help, but I'm on mobile, and it's extremely difficult to sift through posts. I'm sure he's made more than 1.

That's a pretty sketchy reason, but ok. I don't really know how many lists he's done (on mobile makes it difficult to check as well) but I've both been on and off then, as have a few others.
There's always the chance he's including Mafia in his lists but it's also possible that's what he wants us to think. I do find it quite odd you picked that one specific list, when I'm almost certain he's made at least a couple more (perhaps you included in one of those lists too?).

As for the whole Kes and TB scenario, I'm inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt, however, I don't really see any better lynch candidates at the moment (since CA is most likely vig).

If investigation results come up positive, we can switch our votes up to whoever was investigated. If they're negative, we can stick with Kes (unless a better lynch candidate is presented).

Solid round. I guess it's fairly safe to assume CA was blocked and is actually the vig after coming out in the thread. There hasn't been anyone else that's claimed vig (unless someone has to VIC), so that's also a plus towards CA being a vig.
I'm a little worried at the amount of bandwagon votes mau5 received so close to nightfall; it smells of Mafia.

I'm still a bit wary of CA. Last round he was making joke votes until I voted for him, and he proceeded by voting for me. If he had the time to make joke votes, why didn't make an actual vote?
Like in this case, Heffy voted for him and he makes an appearance to make a vote. It seems as though if he's voted for, then he feels the need to defend himself. Just my opinion.
Don't know what to think about the 112 situation, she doesn't seem out of the ordinary. Kes is still on my radar too but not as much as CA.

The list is in order, there are better targets to investigate atm. If he is still alive when an investigation target is being sought, he would be one to look at IMO.

I'm not sure we should be risking an investigation on a potential godkill candidate. I mean say he was investigated, what good is that if he ends up getting godkilled?
