Pay for Otamendi ffs united
Please! haha don't understand what ManU is doing
-
Come on, anyone can think whatever he wants
But there's no doubt Mou brings the worst from some haha jk
Who hasn't "bought" titles? Isn't the point of good management to go out and get the best possible players a team can afford? (esp. to address weakness in the current team) I'm 99% sure that every single team that has won any major trophy in the last 100 years has gone out and spent a lot of money (for the time) on at the very least 1 player who had not been with the club since they were very young.
Saying a team "bought" a title is probably the most bitter reaction to an opposing team winning a trophy a person can have.
Simeone didn't buy our titles! :D

couldn't believe they could treat someone who was such a magician for them like that... basically just booted him off
Casillas is a RM legend, but he was a terrible captain and the kind of guy nobody wants in your locker room. And he is an average goalie now, I wish he could have stayed.

Di María is a good player, but he is overrated. To calibrate his game, you need to remember he wasn't a forward in Madrid, he used to play on the right wing, where the defender was focused on Bale (or CR7), so he used to dribble players that were not moving. I like him, but paying what United payed for him is crazy.

Yeah, City with a couple of players could be there, but they would still need consistency. That's what I love about Chelsea, they are built from the bottom and you expect their D to be good every day. And then offensively they have a lot of players who can get it done with out playing great.

I can't see Chelsea not winning PL again atm
-
young winger who played on monaco last ssn, was very strong first half of the season, not as good second half
high potential
Thanks! He said Courtois told him to sign with us. Looks like we'll have a shot at the UCL again :_)
-
Anyone knows about Yannik Carrasco?
-
Congrats Chelsea fans!!
Courtois is 22 and has already won 3 different league titles, 3 different cups, Europe League, European Supercup, played a World Cup, reached Champions League final... impressive.
Love that guy!

Modric, Bale and Benzema (?) out for the Champions League game on wednesday
-
Atletico was nervous in the first half, but they battled back in the second. The refs might be embarrased seeing Mandzukic's blood after they didn't call a penalti.
-
Can't believe the refs didn't see Carvajal biting and punching Mandzukic, disgusting.
-
Mario Mandzukic is a beast, Atletico reported today he's been playing injured for 2 months. Including 40 minutes against Bayer Leverkusen while limping.
-
Must be my Argentine background but I have no idea how anyone can spell it Athletico.
It doesn't even sound like that.
If you were to skip the 't' all together when saying the word I bet not one Spaniard would notice.
Don't know why but a lot of people do. And it's really annoying.
Yeah, even here we sing "Aleti, Aleti".
-
Atletico.
Thank you!! haha

RM sign highly young sought after Brazilian right-back Danilo from Porto. €31.5 over 6 years.
Being completely honest I've heard Danilo's name here and there but don't know much about him. Suddenly he's getting all this hype now cause he's signed with a big named club like RM. I've even heard he could be one of the top RBs someday but don't know if that's a real possibility or just hype for the new player. Anyone know much about Danilo?
I don't think he's better than Carvajal, but they love to spend money.
-
Klopp has been linked to Arsenal before. City look done with Pellegrini. LVG probably isn't safe. Tons of places for Klopp.
I'd say also Real Madrid.
-
Real Madrid - Atletico again...
-
-
I heard ManUnited is gonna sign Miranda next summer
-
Courtois on the bench?
-
Atletico was a joke today, we miss a couple of guys that live in London.
-
Meh.
Did what they could without Toure but no one realistically expects them to compete with a Barca squad looking for blad after that 1-0 defeat.
I think they have to, at least, compete with them.
yep so much of a joke that we went down to 10 and didn't get scored on. So much of a joke that we lost by only one goal without one of our best players in the line up, and not starting another.
I'm not saying City played great but a joke is a stretch.
The again; I'm sure is refering to last season against barca, personaly I'd love to see our manager play our best team and manage to not have a red card in one match and I think we'd come away with the win.
Well, Messi missing the last one I don't think is on City and, watching the game, nobody would be surprised if they were 4 down at the half. I think people need to ask for more to those players.

Manchester City being a joke again in this competition
