Chester
Its weird... snows for a few hours and it builds up, then it starts raining and the rain washes the snow away.... then snow again, builds up, then rains.... now it's snowing again. odd.. Admiral Ackbar
I may not have school... as that is the only way I can get to school, seeing as my mom leaves for work at 6:30, and I leave at 7:30. If the buses can't get into the Valley, I can't get to school.

Markus Alexander Cody
I hate it when you're standing at the bus stop waiting for the bus... and then a car comes by and splashes you in the face with dirty water. That happened like twice to me today. Plus, it was cold.

Markus Alexander Cody
Waterproof pants Lowering your umbrella Jumping Throwing snowball at the car It's worked for me so far I was wearing jeans I didn't bring an umbrella No point in jumping because the bus stop was crowded There were too little snow to pick up and make it turn to a snowball. Plus, if I threw it, I'd probably hit the wrong car

Common sense
hint, dont stand on the curb, dont stand near puddle, watch the traffic, be alert Yeah, but you really can't help it sometimes. Take Richmond Center, for example. The covering for that stop is right in the position where one can drive over a puddle and water would spray onto the sidewalk. Draining problems also have an impact on puddles. If there's a sewer opining right beside a bus stop, chances are that the recent amt of snow will cause the drain to operate at >100% capacity, and thus create a backlog of water. Chris19
You're right 70-100mm of rain for the lower mainland which is more if you include the melting of the snow. Fraser Valley will see 120-160mm of rain.
IBLEEDVANCOUVERCANUCKS
Rain in the forecast for the next 7 - 10 days or so. So the white stuff should be washed away. THANK GOD! Except for a day or two in the next 7 days we should see some Sun. The temperatue will also rise.
