Saturday, December 1st

Snow Flurries High 0°C

A few flurries. 2 to 4 cm of snow by 4pm. Becoming windy.

Saturday Night Low -2°C

Snow

Periods of snow, heavy at times. Windy at times. Additional snowfall amounts of 5 to 15 cm of snow between 4pm and midnight. Additional snowfall amounts of 3 to 6 cm between midnight and 6am.

Sunday, December 2nd

Snow High 1°C

Periods of snow. Snow possibly becoming mixed with rain in the afternoon. Windy at times. Additional snowfall accumulations of 5 to 10 cm.

Greater Vancouver continued

Snowfall amounts of 15 to 40 cm over east and Inland Vancouver Island and 10 to 20 cm elsewhere by Sunday morning.

20 cm in the lower mainlad weee better go out tomorrow and enjoy the snow cause we're going to get slushy fast.

Ya once in a blue moon
although during the last 20 yrs we have had some very snowless winters, it was not the norm. Growing up here in the 60s and 70s, we always had at least 2 weeks of snow. I remember back during the winter of 69\70, there was a bus strike, and I had to hitchhike to school. I had to stand on the road because there was above waist high snow on edge of the sidewalk, and that did not seem abnormal. The snowless 90's was the exception, not the norm
