euphoria/
ville lajunen, age 25, currently plays in europe. he was never drafted nor received any kind of interest from the NHL. he isn't psychically imposing at only 6' 200 pounds but still spends some time in the sin bin. he is very effective in the offensive zone while playing on the point and excels on the PP. he has a very hard, yet not very accurate, slapshot which nets him a few goals (7 goals 14 assists in 53 games while playing in the Swedish league). I think a fair comparable would be a hybrid of MA Gragnani and (hehe) Sami Salo. I wouldn't mind throwing him a camp tryout and possibly signing him if he impresses (1 year 800k?) it would be a good plan due to our lack of defensive depth (who's after Weber?) hamhius-bieksa edler-tanev garrison-corrado weber lajunen after 2 d injuries (lets say bieksa and tanev) hamhuis-edler garrison-weber lajunen-corrado http://www.hockeydb....y.php?pid=96448 thoughts? CanucksFanMike
this guy sounds exactly like Weber to me.... we don't need two of the same player on our roster.
