[Proposal] Sign Cammalleri, Boyle, and Salo

I don't understand... If the general consensus is that we want to get younger and bigger, why would we sign 5'9" 32 year old Cammalleri to a long term deal in which he would just keep a spot from someone like Horvat, Shinkaruk or our 6th overall this year, and why would we sign 2 [nearly] forty year old defensemen. Seems like something a team struggling to hold on for a last playoff rum would do, not something a team that has accepted its need to rebuild (get younger) would do.
