I would totally recommend watching Take Shelter, Fantastic movie, Big Michael Shannon fan, if you like him I'd also recommend the films Bug & Shotgun Stories. Both are great.

Jurrasic World 3/10 Very underwhelming, the CGI was weak and the storyline was thin and predictable. my honest interpretation of the film was, it was a movie that was going to make a ton of money regardless of the quality based soley on the franchise status. nothing mind blowing or surprising, every turn was easy to predict. ill sum up the entire movie if anyone wants, but in my opinion, the film was not worth the time it took to watch, nor would a review be worth the time to read. this movie is 100% skippable, its Indiana Jones 4 level bad. a franchise that should have stayed a trilogy. and im a guy who loves dinosaurs and sci-fy type movies, easily able to suspend disbelief to enjoy an unplausable story that was not the problem here, in fact, genetic engineering is advancing at an astonishing rate, this movie is totally plausible, cloning an extinct specie? sure, why not. but to me, this movie failed at making me feel anything for the characters. never had me wondering what was going to happen. nothing that made me feel anything. a flat out cash grab disappointment. dont waste your time.. go watch Man on fire or Se7en, or Shawshank redemption, this film is not worth the time it takes to watch, nor does it do justice to the franchise it takes it name from.

The Drop 9/10 Tom Hardy delivers another stellar performance, as does James Gandolfini. If you have any interest in Crime/Cartel dramas, definitely check this one out. You will not regret it.

so this. we are not far off from contending. with a gm unafraid to make moves, we can make it. the sedins are legitimate all stars, and we got 2 of them!. with the right supporting cast, aint a team in the league who we cant match, im excited for this season. training camp should be intense, lots of young ins looking to make it. we can do this. the whole luongo/goalie situation was embarrassing and gillis botched it hard. but benning seems to be able to pull the trigger. IE kes. player wants out. get them out. i expect us to be contending this year, if not in the running for the cup. lets go baby/ 2015 is our year.

I love the idea of getting Miller, big upgrade in net. i don't know why people think we are so far off. we have 2 Elite caliber forwards with a decent supporting cast. a solid defensive core and with miller in net we would be a force to reckon with. a few more pieces through UFA and we are contenders again. people are so eager to yell rebuild but do you know what that entails? sucking for a few years and landing good draft picks. i personally am not really interested in that route.

Elysium 8/10 Hard to sum up all the reasons why i liked this movie. the 2 friends i watched it with both did not enjoy it nearly as much as i did, but neither are really into space/future related flix. so i hold their opinions as moot. that being said.. for what it is, i enjoyed it. and would recommend to any fans of futuristic action/space fims. to sum up what happens

Well. gotta say i disagree with you on both of those. you should not let a preformance or movie you did not enjoy hinder your opinion on all future role's an actor/actress takes on. but to each their own. Nailed it. Tim and Gregg are the top 2 review men in the buisness.

The Postman(1997) Kevin coster in a post apocolyptic wasteland. starts delivering mail between settlements for food. im my opinion. this movie was about and hour and 10 maybe 20 minutes too long. coming in at about 2 hours 45 min. it has great moments followed by chunks of unnessasary filler. tried to enjoy it. really did at some points. but for the last hour - 45 mins i was dieing for it to end. 4bags of popcorn and but only 1 soda pop
