Bench press isn't key though for someone like him. It would be more effective on a defenseman who is constantly pushing players out of the way. You use those muscles much more. Of course your chest muscles are big so it helps add overall weight by developing them more but it's not something you necessarily need to develop big time.

Oblivion beats the piss out of every other game graphics wise from that date. I can run Crysis 2 flawlessly as well so I expect the same with Skyrim or damn well close to it

I recently got a new computer. I'm able to run the old oblivion on full graphics and there is not the slightest hint of lag whatsoever. I'm stoked for the new one now considering I will be able to play with graphics maxed and it will run flawlessly.

How the hell does Florian cut 40lbs to fight at featherweight? Because he started out at 185. I guess he stripped a lot of muscle in the process too because nobody has 40lbs of fat on them unless they're morbidly obese. And he still looks huge for 145

lol, I was re-watching that Sean Sherk fight against Frankie Edgar I think and it was sometime last year. To no surprise Sherk has tested positive for steroids. I thought for a second I was watching a light heavyweight tilt. Biceps larger than my thighs and incredibly unnaturally large front deltoids and traps; or just about every muscle for that matter. It makes you wonder who else is using legal/illegal drugs of that nature. You see guys that do look at the weight they're listed at and then you see 155 and 170 pounders looking like they're over 200. It's ridiculous.

Like how exactly? Sorry, it's a bit of a stupid question. Take the finger tip all the way up the arm including the shoulder to where it meets the neck then do the same for the other arm then combine the distances to get a total?

I've heard this a million times and I'll basically reply with the same comment I used on his facebook page against the 'haters' which received over 20+ likes. He fights to win and fights to be the best and plays to his advantages and if that means a more defensive apporach or whatever the case may be then so be it. There's nothing wrong with what he's doing. Winning and being the best is the primary goal, entertaining the fans is secondary. The moment you forget that you're handing over your title to the guy that just knocked you out.

I think they're all well over the weight they are supposedly fighting at. A friend of mine is a little over 220 and looks like he'd fit in amongst the middle weights.

ya; I saw very briefly on 'UFC Primetime'?, the shows hyping up the Shields/GSP fight and they showed George weighing in at 187lbs I believe. That's a lot more believable than 170 for several different reasons.

He won via unanimous decision. GSP also looks like he's juicing hard. Bulging veins all over. Then again a lot of the facebook MMA experts also suggested this. I have a hard time believing that because he does have incredibly physique but again he looks absolutely massive for someone at 170lbs, always has, and much bigger than most in his weight class and of course the bulging factor.

Couture was decapitated by Machida. Homminck nearly had a second head with the size of that welt on his forehead and bled pretty intense from his left eye. Pretty intense.
