AdeptSinister
So, from what I've been reading on the NHL website, writers seem to believe that Craig Anderson, Antii Niemi, and Cory Crawford are frontrunners in the early race for the Vezina. It blows my mind that not a single one has mentioned Pekka Rinne. The guy has been playing outstanding hockey for an offensively-weak Nashville team. So far this season, he has 10 wins, with a GAA of 2.00 and a SV% of .924. Not to mention his 5 shutouts, which is the most in the league. Also, he has been the starter in 24 of Nashville's games in a season where most teams have their goalies in a time share to keep them fresh. At this point and time, I honestly believe Rinne is the frontrunner for the Vezina. Any other opinions out there?
Riviera82
Based on the frontrunners I think Viktor Fasth needs to be in the conversation as well.
Monty
Hard to argue against Corey Crawford and Viktor Fasth. Most likely Crawford.
