Not really. Stanton was just the victim of a numbers game in Chicago. He was we respected in Chicago and both the team & fans want him to succeed. The Hawks were high on Stanton but they had 9 NHL calibre defensemen and Stanton was the odd man out.
They had to waive him? In what world does loosing quality while not getting anything in return not suck? Him scoring on them would just be a reminder of what they lost.

Please let Stanton score. That'd be a real slap in the face.

Kind of silly for the Islanders to give up there relationship with Moulson for another pending UFA. They don't have much to attract players. Buffalo wins either way that's for sure.

Moulson feeds off Tavares. A good player but I don't think this is as one sided as people seem to think. It'll be funny to see if either of these guys stay with their new teams.
