Yeah , that’s a really nice addition there, but the most pressing need for the Leaves is a defenceman, it would be like the Canucks adding Conner Mcdavid and thinking that’s going to win them the Stanley cup with their current team.

I was thinking he’s getting worse the longer he’s here so I looked up his career stats, he peaked his rookie season and has steadily gotten worse during his entire career. I don’t know how a veteran defenceman can constantly panic and throw blind clearing attempts up the middle of the ice with out even looking who’s in front of him all the time and not get benched. He should have a good view if he only looked up from the ice once in awhile.

His agent played chicken with a huge contract demand and it didn’t pan out. Horvat doesn’t negotiate dollars but he’s certainly aware of what his agent is up to. If he was to be a Canuck for life , he would have been the highest paid Canuck of all time I’m sure.

I feel the decision to trade Bo was made at the time just before Miller was signed. Negotiations were over already.

Maybe the Canucks can use 2 first round picks to move up in the draft. Islanders don’t look like they will make the playoffs, the Canucks might have the 5th and 13th pick to work with.

There will be no coaching bump as this team cannot play a high structured game. Green tried it, Bruce tried it, and now Tocchet is having a cracking at it. Every time a coach tries it, the team performance nose dive and so does our offense.
I remember when Green tried to get this team to play defence first hockey and he got fired
