    Nothing for him to learn in the dub anymore so there really is no point in him going there destroying kids. Send him to the WJC but let him play and learn in thr big leagues

    Loving this kid more and more, going to be an NHL stud and as for all your haters, what do you really a know about scouting? Just your personal opinion? Let the people who get paid make these calls I for one am glad we stayed far away from Ritchie kid is going to be the next big bust in the NHL

    Ritchie's going to be good but I would rather Draistl or Dal Colle. If we passed on either of them if they drop and we draft Ritchie it will be a giant mistake

    I believe Ritchie is gunna be a good player one day but if he gets selected before us I'll be stoked to get one of the top 5... Especially Draisitl he will be the top player from this draft in 5 years time.. Mark my words, but then again Ritchie could be a real stud too... Either or and I'll be happy.. Hope this draft turns out to be Xmas in June

    Can't remember what post it was in but for the people who wantef Don Hay to coach the canucks it won't be happening.. He's apparently been allowed to leave the Giants and is now going to be announced as the Kamloops Blazers new coach.. So he's out as a "candidate"

    Definitely I'd love to have Leon to, way to much skill to pass up... To me he's a top 3 pick, but for Vancouvers sake lets hope he drops, 107 points in the WHL isn't an easy task

    I believe we started to lose when torts started wearing his glasses... Could the team not take him seriously now? Haha, but in all seriousness need some changes for next year with some youth coming in and just hope for some exciting hockey to watch like in the WCE days and the '11 cup final year those were always exciting games to watch

    Its not his last ever NHL game though it was Lindens last NHL game ever... Selanne very well may change his mind and play next year highly unlikely but possible. It was not Selannes last game ever he's still got a few games left then the playoffs

    Sure he was great but does it really matter? He has nothing to do with Us he plays on the Ducks sure he slaughtered us got lots of points and is one hell of a player.. But do we really need to talk about that being his last game in Vancouver? Boo hoo

    Who's to say we don't roll through the other teams? Momentums a funny thing, but all you people seem to think its better to follow Edmontons path... How's that working for them? These draft picks could mean nothing they could be the next daigle you never know, so I'd much rather squeak into the playoffs and see if this team can do some damage or if they suck as much as everyone thinks

    I have to agree with this poster, as much as I'd like a great pick in the draft, I'd like to see the canucks in the playoffs more so. More then likely kesler gets dealt for youth and picks in the summer. So we don't need to get virtanen or any other rookie saviors you all have a hard on for

    If we can get virtanen or draistl id be over the moon excited.. But then I gotta think there would be no way they play with the big club next year anyways, Gillis and company like the players to develop in the Juniors... So its highly unlikely we even see them next year IMO
