Pretty solid. Here's mine. I had 9th pick out of 12 in my draft

    QB: Andy Dalton

    WR: DeAndre Hopkins

    WR: Doug Baldwin

    RB: Giovani Bernard

    RB: TJ Yeldon

    TE: Rob Gronkowski

    W/R: Jeremy Maclin

    DEF: Bengals

    Kicker: Justin Tucker/Mason Crosby

    BN: Jeremy Hill

    BN: Tyrod Taylor

    BN: Tyler Lockett

    BN: Julius Thomas

Looks good.  How did you manage to snag both Hopkins and Gronk?

I took Gronk 4th, and Hopkins was gone 7th in my pool.

Pretty solid. I would take Jordan Matthews Ertz, or DGB before Agholor though.

He is trash. Was trash last year and has shown nothing in pre season to say he will be better this year.

Ryan Matthews if healthy is also a good luck for RB2. Last year he was a top 5 be in terms of yards per carry only Rawls was better than him before his injury.

I had Ertz on my radar but was snagged a pick before me.  Agholor was a later pick, just took the best of what was left.  I had the 4th pick and took Gronk,  was hoping to get one of the big 3 WR's.

My strategy in the beginning was to take the top player in each position as I could with Gronk, Newton, and Denver.  But the real strategies are each week.

Im on the fence to start Newton or Flacco Week 1!  My thinking is Newton going up against the best ranked defense and Flacco has the Bills.

  3. Assess my team.

    QB  Cam Newton

    WR  Brandin Cooks

    WR  DeSean Jackson

    RB  Jonathan Stewart

    RB  Theo Riddick

    TE  Rob Gronkowski

    DEF  Denver Broncos

    FLEX W/R/T  Markus Wheaton

    K  Dan Bailey, Adamn Vinateri

    BN  Jason Witten

    BN  Mohamed Sanu

    BN  Charles Sims

    BN  Joe Flacco

    BN  Nelson Agholor

I don't know about y'all, but I'm on Kaep's side, despite disliking him as a football player.

Glad to see the #VeteransForKaepernick trending on Twitter. Angers me hearing people say he's disrespecting the veterans and the current on duty military men and women by sitting down for the national anthem that those people are fighting for. Yeah, no. The anthem was written during a time of slavery, and the 3rd verse of the star spangled banner condones the killing of slaves. The USA was definitely not 'the land of the free' back then.

    Fantasy football advice?  Sleeper picks?

VanZant looked pretty as hell after the fight at the post fight presser ... what a doll!  Not a scratch on that cute face!  Unlike last time when she got beat by Namajunas.

More like she got mauled by Rose Namajunas...

If Conor even lands one of the shots he landed on Aldo like he did against Nate tonight, its night for Aldo, Conor is the worst matchup for Aldo.

That is true but obviously Aldo can't get hit clean like that, as most a part from Diaz would drop.  Aldo needs to use his leg kicks or get it to the ground.

This why even though Aldo beat Edgar again, Edgar would be an issue for Conor.  Aldo had powerful take down stuffs against Edgar, but don't think Conor would.

  7. The win for Conor is not in question.  But this fight and last fight showed that he is far from being great and well rounded.

Him and Aldo would be a very even match up standing, with the edge on the ground clearly for Aldo.  The 13 sec KO, I won't call it a fluke but it definitely wouldn't happen again.

Go WR and RB with your first few picks. Top QB's would be Newton, Rodgers, Wilson, but don't draft them until at least round 5. Don't get caught up if a bunch of QB's start to go in a row. Unless you can grab on of those top 3 guys. You can afford to wait if you miss one of those guys and grab a decent guy like Rivers, Taylor, Stafford.

Of course I don't your settings, so it could b different.

This is what I took from a few different sources and sites. and from doing it free last season.  Go with WR and RB's first, they seemed to gather the most points.

  9. Anyone got any fantasy football advise?  First real money league I'm joining with big money and I wana win.

I did a free one last season which helped understand it a lot better.  I did middle of the pack but realize the top GM's won by having big games from receivers and RB's.  Would it be better to load up on WR's and RB's over a top QB?

Nobody got rocked or put in danger of a KO other than the Valasquez fight, it was a hump-fest.

I don't really enjoy watching dudes in 69 positions and I hope Dana doesn't either or we have a problem.

Then you're really not a fan of mma, you wasted your money.  You didn't have to watch it just to be part of the crowd....Go on youtube as the other guy said to watch tons of ko's.

  11. People really overrated Hunt like he was a heavyweight killer after KO'ing Mir and Big Foot.  All he has is the power right and looks for it the entire fight.  Otherwise he has nothing and is slow, Brock easily took him down and dominated him.

how is the card a disaster?  lol this whole weekend has great fights with big names.  All the fights on the card would headline any other card.

    Silva and Lesnar are here!!!!!!!!

Even the prelims are good!  They could be a regular ppv as well.

Card is a disaster.  They should just make the main event a 3-way.

    Totally agree.

I would consider myself someone who really dislikes Jones.

I watched his press conference today and I believe him to be sincere and from that I have doubt his "apparent" ped flag was intentional.

Yeah he never failed before, nor does he need to take PED's, he is that good and gifted.  Cormier definitely loses a lot, but Jones does and probably more.  No reason he would intentionally try to ruin this fight.

    Refund ... lots of it.

How can Jones be that stupid?  What a friggin idiot.  Last time it was cocaine ... ban this dumbass, he's going to end up as a broke homeless bum.

Jumping the gun a bit.  Disappointing for sure though, gotta see what he got flagged for.  People always assume "steroids or along those lines" when they hear someone gets flagged.  Could very well be a banned ingredient in something.

Sharapova got banned for taking a substance that was not banned for so many years and just got banned a year ago.  Yet that thing isn't banned in the NHL.  No excuses but the banned list is always changing.
