Isn't Boucher the father of a young daughter? Yikes, I hope his wife and child(ren) are safe.

I'm sorry about your auntie, @TNucks1. I'm glad you were able to see her and say goodbye.

Really sad news. I don't follow Pasta, but I read elsewhere that he'd been really excited about fatherhood. I feel for his girlfriend and him.
One thing I appreciate is that they chose to share this publicly. They, along with other players (Granlund, Haula, E. Kane, Karlsson, and Pietrangelo - to name a few) who have lost children to miscarriages and stillbirth have really drawn attention to just how prevalent this unfortunate occurrence can be, even among families of means. A lot of parents suffer in silence after the loss of a child. Hopefully being out in the open about this will help other families dealing with the same thing feel less alone.

I miss coastal's prose. I miss @Cramarossa 's view on things. I miss @BananaMash sense of humour. Come back kids.

Don't think it will work as then their jerseys would have to have "Em." and "El." preceding the Pettersson which is already a lot of letters
They could both just be "Pettersson" like the Benns did in Dallas.

I've heard people say before that antidepressants made them feel numb: no highs, no lows, nothing.
That sounds like a blessing.

@Cramarossa where you been man, miss you, alf and sabrefan1 is missing too, sucks.
I hang out on twitter, mostly, but still drop by CDC periodically to lurk. I only log in if I have something to say (rare) or "likes" to give.
I hope you are doing well, my friend!

Are you the guy with a bunch of Granlund jerseys? Looks like you'll need to add another to your collection!
I am a woman, but yes.
I don't own any K jerseys, so this would be a good place to start!

I'm gutted.
Wish he signed with Helsingin Jokerit, but at least he's still close(ish) to home.

Sheltering in place the last nine weeks has just further reinforced how alone and lonely I am.

Haha, I don't know anything about that sort of thing! I don't know how to do much of anything with long hair tbh, it's all foreign and a bit intimidating
Gotta keep it moisturized! A good conditioner, and maybe a lightweight oil (like argan oil), especially for the ends. If your ends get dry you can get split ends, which weaken and thin your hair.

I've had a surprising number of people tell me they want to braid it, particularly into viking braids
Idk if you know how to braid or have done it before, but it's very satisfying to braid long, silky-looking hair. Your hair looks very well taken care of, so I can see the appeal. Personally I'd opt for one long French braid, but I suppose the viking look fits better with the beard.

Tomáš Černý carved out 16 year pro career including 10 seasons with four teams in the NHL. He had several appearances on the international stage and won two World Championships bronze medals. His last five seasons were played in his native Czech Republic. Tomáš looks forward to retiring back home to Ostrava, CZE and opening a hockey school for underprivileged kids.
Thanks for hosting CAP, @Kurisu! It's been fun. I am so, so proud of my virtual Czech son.

This is awesome. She's just a year older than me...15 year pro hockey career, multiple Olympics and World Championships appearances...that's a bad woman.

When they play in San Jose, yes. I didn't go to the December game though.
I'll be wearing my Bo skate jersey. If I run into Thatcher's grandpa again I hope he's not disappointed I'm not in a Demko jersey yet
