no, but don't you think its a little early for the call? With Podkolzin on the way, we might have the depth to actually have three 5 on 5 scoring lines with Petey, Bo and Miller at C. Something built around this maybe:

    Hogs-Petey-Podz

    Pearson-Bo-Brock

    Vesey-Miller-Jake

2 rookies on the top line with Petey who doesn't have mature size yet might be dangerous.

I love the idea but I would tweak a bit.

    Hog Bo Boes

    Pearson Petey Podz

    Vesey Miller Jake

    Motte Beagle Sutter

I'm ok with this too.  Having a solid "tandem" rather than a competitive starter/back up situation might lend itself better to an overall team mentality.

Demko's setting the bar very high and now it's up to Holtby to carry the baton and not lose ground.  I, too, like him and have confidence in him...just not Bubble Demko confidence (yet).  There's still time to develop more of that for me...(didn't see that the decision had been made...fully accept it).

Very few, if any, games lost this year have been due to goaltending.

The team play has been trending in the right direction, less mistakes and better defense as of late, still needs lots of work though.

Its up to the team as a whole, if Holtby plays solid he will give us a shot and that's all he can do, the rest is up to the team in front.

Blues make a mid season coaching change and go on to win the

this year montreal  change and now getting points

Calgary makes a change and already look better

    we ....ummmm..... keep losing

I'm getting so tired of green jimbo and aqua.

Something tells me that aqua is behind all of this, that tweeted vote of confidence earlier this year.

He doesn't want to change anything this season with a flat cap and no attendance.

    It sucks for impatient fans.

    He’s a terrible coach

It was the coyotes... they had a terrible team.

Id say the larger knock on him is probably not his fault at all. Think about being a young kid and your dream is to play in the nhl and you end up being coached by the greatest player in history, possibly the most dominant athlete at his craft across all sports. A legend not just as an athlete but in his own right.

Everyone knows who Wayne Gretzky is, sports fan or not.

I bet it was weird for the players, lots were probably star struck and it could have made for a weird coaching scenario

Nonis got fired for not trading away 2 of Edler/Kesler/Schnieder for a Brad Richards rental.  The Sedins likely walk if he makes that deal.

If thats true thats just another example of our incompetent owners.

Deep pockets doesn't mean they're smart.

We need experience in management and coaching, a pres of hockey ops with nhl pedigree and for the cancer aquas to back off.

  6. I just want to give props to Brock again last night.

I remember when the knock on him was skating and speed and now he's hard on pucks and hustles hard.

    Great to see.

I really like him with Horvat.

In a couple years when everyone is more mature physically and hopefully Podkolzin explodes on the scene like Hog has. I could see a top six of

    Miller Pettersson Podkolzin

    Hoglander Horvat Boeser
