I've played numerous organized sports growing up, played in tournaments, etc. It's a mindset, honestly you complain about travel like its such an exhausting chore for them. You get on a plane, and sit on your a$$, you get off the plane and go to a hotel and rest, it's not as strenuous as you make it out to be. Unlike a lot of people on this board I don't get overjoyed when we're winning, and turn a blind eye to the teams over all performance. Did you honestly think they were going to all of a sudden turn the page after beating up on Ottawa, a borderline AHL team? Yeah, we had a strong game against Winnipeg, which was a true test, but that was one game. Also, I'm not using money as an "excuse" and I don't think my expectations for a professional athlete are unrealistic. You just make excuses for them left right and center like you're their mother and its sad.

Stop using the schedule as a catch-all excuse for how the team has been playing, the effort hasn't been there for the most part. These guys are professional ATHLETES, they get paid millions of dollars to be in amazing shape both in strength and in stamina, playing 20 minutes of hockey every other night should not make them so unbelievably tired that they put in an effort like they did last night.

I tuned out at 4-1, glad I did, I don't need my blood boiling for the rest of the night over this $h1T. I'd love to see the coaching staff get wiped out, dating back to last year I'm extremely tired of their antics, they're not NHL level coaches... They think the game on an AHL level and as long as we play that way we'll continue to get dominated on a regular basis.

And everyone thought that 4 game win streak was the end of this non-sense, jeez one more and I'm turning this crap off. Terrible effort.

3 games this year, where all games are 4pt games is like the equivalent of 6 games dude, everything is magnified and the frustration is warranted.

Boomers were like 45-65 Gen X was like 66-85ish Millenials were 86-95/96 Gen Z is 97- like 2006/2007? And I don't know what the generation after that is called.

I love how if you don't like something or someone, and voice that opinion, by default to the SJW's of the world you're "toxic". To you its a tiny detail, to some others its a big deal. It's what makes the world go around. I like good play by play, it sucks you into the game. Bad play by play just = a boring game for me and I'm sure many others.

How many chances does one need to give someone before making their decision? I listened last night and I wasn't a fan, I'm a pretty decisive person. That's not to say my opinion can't be changed, but based on his call last night I wasn't fond of him. And I'm allowed to feel that way. Not everyone has to be completely positive or agree with you 100% of the time. You feel your way and I'll feel mine.

I don't think anyone is "Border-Line" angry about it man, you're just playing up the fact they didn't like him as being angry.

I'm personally not a fan of most of the screaming/yelling over the top calls... I notice a lot of American announcers do it for some reason and its always cringe inducing for me.

Fair enough. "Negativity" to me is subjective, what you find to be negative others might not see as being negative. When I say something is brutal, its a colloquial term. Just another way of saying I didn't like it, not that it was literally brutal.
