The Colorado Avalanche is widely disappointed with Paddy David Going into the season, the Avalanche were built to contend right after acquiring a top 5 pick in the 2010 entry draft . After drafting Paddy David 4th overall, the Colorado Avalanche brought in an elite starter in Marty Turco to solidify the net. Paddy David, whom many scouts expected to have stared in the NHL right away as they pegged him to have an immediate impact in the top 6 was pegged in to round out the top 6 of the Avalanche. He was said to have game breaking speed and shooting which was sorely needed on the Avalanche after a year where they were unable to put the puck in the net. However, Paddy David came into camp out of shape and unfocused as he came in thinking he would have been gifted an NHL spot. Paddy David was cut from the Avalanche and was not even given a 9 game trial as that was how much he sucked ass. Try again next year Paddy, have fun riding the bus in the CHL
