  1. Rep told me yesterday it would be as soon as we had access to our tickets, guess they changed their mind.
  2. I must have nothing but broken devices. Sold my tickets for tomorrow, only to get an email from Ticketmaster telling me to update my account info, and everytime I try on the site I get an error. And of course there's no phone assistance, so now I've sent an email off to the nether realm in the hopes I get the money I'm owed.
  3. Is this as broken as the Canucks app? I can't get any info to save, so how am I supposed to get paid out? I can't save my direct deposit, so I have to a cheque mailed, except I can't save my address. WTH
  4. Ah I guess I'll pass them on to co-workers then. I'm curious to see what if anything they add to the benefits package. I'm a first time season ticket holder, so I don't expect much, but they've also had my money since 2019 so hopefully there's a little something to say thanks.
  5. Works on my wife's iPhone, but not on my android. Bizarre. Anyhow, at what point can we list tickets on the ticket exchange? Or are we unable to do it for pre-season.
  6. Is the Canucks app working for anyone? I can't log in to my Ticketmaster account, I kept getting a message saying I'm either not online or just a standard error message. Luckily it works elsewhere, but it's annoying the official app seems buggy.
  7. Oh nice! Well hopefully I'm able to sell a few of the games I'm unable to attend.
  8. Not hard I'm sure. I'm looking for Tampa tickets in club 500, it's my one treat game per year.
  9. Did I miss an email or was that a Bonnie Henry presser announcement? How will they determine which 50% are allowed in?
  10. You'd have to think the novelty of a team full of 3rd liners, likely with less than 20 wins by the time they come back again will have dissipated by mid-April for fans, especially given the premium those tickets will come with, but hey, great for those interested in selling a game or two. That Seattle one was the only one that really made me take a second glance though.
  11. At least know I now how they are tiering their games this year. Surprised Tampa on a Sunday is in their 'Bronze' Category while Seattle in April is platinum.
  12. Does anyone have their tickets yet? I'm a first time full STH and find it odd that we're less than a week away from Pre-Season games and I don't have my tickets yet.
  13. This is a reasonable incentive for me to keep my money, I highly doubt the Canucks would do anything similar though.
  14. Hopefully soon as I'm a brand new Full Season ticket holder as of January 2020; I can't imagine there are too many more behind me. I hope you're able to find something you like!
  15. Did my relocation yesterday, went from row 4, 329, to row 9, 326, on the aisle. Pretty pleased with those, not that I'll be able to use them this year, but I digress. Shocking amount of row 1 upper available but considering the cost, I guess it's not that shocking.
  16. I follow the Bolts very closely and haven't heard anything to that affect. Where did you see that mentioned?
  17. Heh yeah I suppose the tone of my message came off a bit negative. I had my hopes set on 102, but I'm happy with row 4 in the upper too.
  18. So I ended up with my entry seats in 329 row 4, not great but it is what it is. My account manager told me I should be able to relocate quite easily come June though as they are anticipating a lot of movement, so take that for what it's worth.
  19. Yeah not too far off of that for next year. This may end up being a one year endeavour for myself so I'm not too concerned with resale as I know I'd likely end up giving away tickets in my group of friends. Thanks for the heads up on the relocation event as well. I just assumed I would be locked in to what ever I get tomorrow.
  20. Oh okay, I wonder what exactly I'm doing tomorrow then with my account manager... I'm going with full season so I'm probably looking for the most affordable, but pretty much anything in the upper ends on either side outside of row 1 works for me. I do have my hopes I might be able to get in to the no-alcohol seats in 102 though, view would be a bit better for the days I bring my daughter to the games.
  21. Hi all; I'll be a new season ticket holder for next year, something I've wanted to do for 35 years. Haven't decided yet where I want to sit but I'll be deciding that on Monday I guess?
