  1. And first payment is scheduled for Mar 31?? Are they trying to wait until the last minute so we don't have time to see the increased cost and decide to cancel??
  2. I'm full season and still not received anything.
  3. I don't know but now you've put that into my head.... I probably would feel uncomfortable in the front row too! Next time you attend a game in the upper bowl, or if you attend the seat relocation, just go stand down there and see how you feel. If you feel all vertigo-ish, then I would avoid it. Who wants to be worrying about falling when attending a game. Oh and that brings up another point about upper bowl vs lower bowl. I like how there are railings to hold when going up and down the stairs in the upper bowl.
  4. Agree with all this. We are in upper bowl, gradually made our way to center ice, row 3. The only move we would make at this point would be to row 2, but those are rare to come available, at least at center ice. We could have moved to row 2 but further away from center, so after comparing the seats we stayed with what we have. Prefer center over being one row down. We have sat in lower bowl with upgraded tickets a few times, but it's easier to see the whole ice from further up. Sat in row 1 lower bowl once and agree it was fun for the one time. The other thing I didn't like about the lower bowl was it is difficult to see the score board, you have to crane your neck.
  5. I just got a marketing email (sent to an email address not connected to my Canucks account), telling me I can make a $100 deposit to purchase a season ticket membership. Still no renewal email or invoice in my account.
  6. If you change seats and/or change plans, they make an adjustment to your account when you make the change. So you just start paying for your old seats/plan and then if you make any changes, you will start paying more or less from that time onwards. The seat change happens a bit later in the year at the "seat relocation" event, but if you are going to change plans you can let them know as soon as you decide.
  7. Nope. Someone mentioned when they did see their invoice it said the first payment was due March 31! They'd better get those invoices out tout de suite if that is the case.
  8. What! I was just about to check to see if mine was there yet. Maybe they weren't supposed to be sent out yet??
  9. Hey my invoice for next year is not in my account.... Does everyone have theirs?? When I go to my account and click on Invoice, I get this message: Great news, you have no invoices that have an outstanding balance and it just has my 2022/23 invoice. Hmmm.
  10. So did I. I can't believe they have the gall to increase prices two years in a row. I just checked the draft lottery odds. Canucks are at 6% I think? That's the only thing that would keep me at this point. Actually every Canuck fan should forward me a few bucks to cancel my membership, because that's what will increase the chances immediately.
  11. Oh.... Well could they not record the sound and just play that? Show an image of it firing? More important question: why am I even wasting my limited brain cells trying to figure this out?
  12. Seattle fans are shocked the playoff tickets cost more than regular? And they even get their first round tickets for regular season price? Geez.
  13. I heard a lot of people saying they didn't get to see Petterson. I had tickets for Hughes and we got to see him (and OEL).
  14. It is getting a bit ridiculous. Or maybe a lot ridiculous.
  15. I finally received my long overdue cheque yesterday as well.
  16. Yes! I sold a pair of tickets on Jan 17 (one month ago) and have not gotten my cheque.
  17. Ugh. Guess I won't be selling my last few remaining games if I'm competing against this.
  18. Yes I can tell them now I don't want to renew, but how long can I wait to tell them? Can I wait until after the draft lottery? Is there a deadline that you have to cancel by?
  19. When do we have to tell them we are not renewing? Can I wait until after the draft lottery, just in case there is a miracle? I don't believe it will ever happen though, unless it is RIGHT AFTER I cancel my tickets, as the universe's way of having a laugh.
  20. Oh yeah, I remember the time they had the sandwiches in plastic wrap piled on a table. Pretty lame. The funny part was on the way out we checked to see what was left - a big pile of veggie sandwiches.
  21. There was at least one meet the team where they had a buffet. I never used to go to the seat relocations until recently and it was just a glass of wine or a cookie. I missed the one where you got a burger. I remember that food tasting one at the summit, that wasn't bad. Along with all the chips you could possibly want. But now it's just the voucher.
  22. Oh that's surprising. So we got an "exclusive" invitation....
  23. I think all members get invited to these things. It's a huge crowded event.... usually. Not sure how crowded it will be this time. I don't really want to go. I am waiting to see what the further details are. Is there food? They used to put out lavish food buffets but then it dwindled down to you get a food ticket to use at one of the concession stands they have open.
  24. I've gotten one thing (road game viewing party) and the email said at the end: Participation in this event counts towards your 22.23 Benefit fulfillment but will not exclude you from future opportunities should there be availability. so who knows if I am getting anything else. Pretty far cry from what we used to get once upon a time.
