    That's the problem. U go based on what's happening to you and not the bigger picture. But if things are going well, then kudos.

    It is me putting detractors in to the same group/comment and saying that pretending GMs won't over react and or overpay is a fantasy.  That's it.

    What made it more frustrating was they were just standing still on a 5 on 3. Like it was easy or a freebie.

    To be fair, Miller's job is to worry about himself and get the puck up the ice. Not worry about what the goaltender is doing. The goaltender is looking at the coach for direction.

    Tkatchuk was the obvious choice in that spot.  As was Nylander instead of Jake.  Benning harped on drafting character.  And both Jake and OJ lacked the strength of character needed to do what it took off the ice to be at their best on the ice.  

    Oj was a fine pick at the time. Not exciting but safe. Jake....yea.... :(

    What to do with Dickinson and Pearson ?

    Dickinson was brought here to be the defensive 3C. He failed at C, he failed at 3rd. We can say he still a defensive guy because he s a absolutely not an offensive guy. But he s not that good at D tho.

     

    Between the two i would be more patient with Pearson. Dickinson on the other hand... i really want to see if a package with him to SJ could work. I’m all for give a last chance to Kane. 

    What? U give up on Dickinson already but want to give kane a chance?
