    I've finally pinpointed what it is that makes me uncomfortable when we play the Bruins. The Canucks are, and have been for a while, a puck possession team. Even with the changing of the guard to Torts, we're still that same team that holds on to the puck like our life depends on it. And it makes sense, since our two best players (the Sedins) would pass the puck back and forth for 60 minutes if they could.

    But with the Bruins, they are the only team that constantly and consistently (since 2011) have possession of the puck for longer than we do. It makes my skin crawl watching the Sedins get a one and out, and then have the Bruins set up and pass around in our zone for a full minute. It does a number on my nerves!

    I'm saying it right now. Lu stole this game for us. Let's face it, we've been outs hooting and out-chancing the Oilers badly all game, but that doesn't change the fact that it was a one goal game until a few minutes ago. If Lu didn't make the plethora of beauty saves that he has up until this point, we would undoubtedly be a goal or two down before we get a chance at those last 2 goals.
