Just want to bump and re-emphasize this so everyone is on the same page! 8:00am on July 29th is when our UFA period begins. Remember to NOT expect a reply immediately as the first two days will be spent with agents recording and organizing offers. Working to give this process more timely responses and better communications. We're doing our best as always but still trying to improve, so thanks again to everyone volunteering to help!

SIGNING: The Washington Capitals have re-signed Radko Gudas to a three year contract extension. Radko Gudas - 3 year, $8.55 million dollar contract. ($2.85 million per season)

SIGNING: The New York Islanders have re-signed Oskar Steen to a two year contract. Oskar Steen - 2 year, $1.8 million dollar contract. ($900,000 per season)

SIGNING: The St. Louis Blues have re-signed Sam Blais to a two year contract extension. Sam Blais - 2 year, $3.8 million dollar contract. ($1.9 million per season)

When free agency offers begin on July 29th at 8:00am Pacific time, you may submit your offers to any of these agents, or to myself. If you have an ongoing negotiation with me for a pending UFA or RFA, I remain the agent for that discussion until or unless I pass the negotiation to another agent. Beginning negotiations with more than one agent for the same player is a violation of our CBA and will result in you losing the ability to negotiate with that player. If you are not sure, ask me first! A big thank you to these guys for stepping up to help!

Okay, some last minute (as in, already agreed to) signings to post, and then some trades. I'd like to note that the UFA signing window has closed and negotiations will pause for a few days for the agents and I to get organized prior to UFA opening. I am also officially moving the date to begin submitting UFA offers back one day to July 29th, just to make sure everything is lined up properly and make things as smooth as possible. It's still two full days to submit offers, so it should be no big deal.

Replying to UFA pms today, keep in mind that RFAs can still discuss contracts after today so at the moment I am passing them over to deal with the more time sensitive discussions. I will reply to RFA discussions if time permits today. Already updated on your sheet.

To anyone freaking out because the UFA signing cutoff is tomorrow night (yeah it's tomorrow night), don't panic. Working on a few behind the scenes things at the moment but will be replying to PMs shortly as well.
